- How does a custom portrait work?
- Choose an artist who takes commissions and send a brief with your photo and size. The artist replies with a price and timeline. Once you agree, you pay securely on ARTON, the artist shares progress in your conversation, and delivers the finished piece.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the artist and size, usually 1–3 weeks for a hand-drawn portrait. Agree on a date with the artist before you pay, especially for birthdays or weddings.
- Is my payment safe?
- Yes. Payments go through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking), and ARTON holds your money for originals until the artwork reaches you. If something goes wrong, you get a refund as per our refund policy.
- Can I buy something ready-made?
- Yes. Many artworks on ARTON are ready to buy as an original (shipped to you with tracking) or as a digital file you can print.
