A vintage lantern captured through the timeless beauty of pencil sketching. Every curve, delicate line, and intricate detail reflects the charm of old-world craftsmanship. The surrounding handwritten notes add a personal, journal-like touch, turning a simple object into a piece of visual storytelling. This artwork celebrates the beauty of everyday objects and the memories they carry.
The story
Inspired by the quiet charm of vintage objects, this sketch captures a lantern that feels like a small piece of history. I wanted to explore how light, even when imagined on paper, can symbolize hope, warmth, and memories from another time. The handwritten notes and loose pencil strokes preserve the feeling of a personal sketchbook, where ideas become art and ordinary objects find extraordinary meaning.
