AI Policy

On ARTON, the artist is the hero and AI is the assistant. Here's exactly how AI is used.
1. The publishing assistant and Creative Coach
When an artist chooses to, the assistant looks at their own artwork and suggests a title, description, tags, alt text and captions, or gives feedback on composition, light and colour. Suggestions are never published automatically; the artist edits and approves everything.
2. Your art is not used to train AI
ARTON doesn't train AI models on your artwork and doesn't sell your work for training. The AI provider only receives a piece when you use the assistant on it, and under its API terms that data isn't used to train its models.
3. Labels you can trust
Every artwork shows how it was made: Original, AI-assisted or AI-generated. Anything created in Creative Studio is labelled automatically. Using the assistant only for titles and tags doesn't change a piece's label.
4. Creative Studio
Enhance improves photos of your work locally on ARTON's servers, with no AI model involved. Sketch, Edit and Generate (when available) use an image model and produce work labelled AI-assisted or AI-generated.
